His career includes progressive leadership roles with global organizations including Renault, Nissan, VEM Group, LUZA Group, FMS Moldes, and Magavila. He has successfully led complex automotive programs, managed manufacturing operations, developed high-performance engineering teams, and provided technical consulting internationally. Jorge combines extensive hands-on expertise in mold design, tooling, and plastics manufacturing with executive-level business leadership. Jorge has consistently delivered improvements in product quality, operational efficiency, project execution, and organizational performance while supporting global OEMs and multinational manufacturing organizations.
