- Implemented customer feedback system that led to noticeable improvement in client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Successfully started LSR injection molding in 2007. This was only possible through continuous technical training with it being opposite thermoplastics.
- Successfully added 21k square foot addition in 2004 while increasing our machine count from 8 to 10. (Truebro product line sold and Dymotek was established)
- Implemented IQMS in 2003 and its timely launch was critical for the product line transaction to be executed.
- Established a custom injection molding business to grow the revenue beyond the proprietary product line through B2B mold testing which grew to $1MM in two years.

- Managed an injection molding test center for performing Factory Acceptance Tests on new or refurbished tools. Participated in project design reviews to enable the most robust process window for part quality.
- Optimized processes to reduce cost and increase efficiency along with meeting product quality or process capability thresholds.
- Provided offsite expert troubleshooting support during critical plant issues, quickly resolving incidents while minimizing production losses for our customers. This created the opportunity for THG to start our own injection molding facility for programs that our clients could not run successfully.
- Spearheaded technology transfer activities, ensuring smooth production scale-up from pilot plant to full-scale manufacturing operations through turnkey opportunities. (2-shot, gas-assisted, stack, unscrewing, high cavitation, rubber)
- Conducted root cause analysis to identify, prioritize and eliminate process losses.
- Provided technical assistance to production team when issues arose.
- Mentored junior engineers, supporting their professional growth through technical guidance and coaching.
