If you already have a part design, then we start by uploading your part which leads into a DFM review to ensure that the material selection, the design, and the manufacturing process all work together to meet all your cost, production and quality needs. Before going to mold production, we can also conduct injection molding simulations including 3D structural simulation and mold flow analysis. We can 3D print many molds for smaller parts. We also have tons of contacts in the mold making community to provide a streamlined process for mold production. Once a mold is made, we have our own injection molding capability for short run manufacturing. We also have many connections in the injection molding community to get you moving toward fully commercial manufacturing of your product.
