Seth Tremblay
With over a decade of experience in injection molding contract manufacturing, Seth has built a strong skill set in a wide range of material processing and troubleshooting. He understands the importance of the pillars of injection molding and application of scientific molding techniques. His experience ranges from sub gram molding to large part molding including structural foam and gas assist technologies. Beyond that, he has expanded that skillset into program management with hands-on experience working with customers from entrepreneurs to multi-billion dollar companies from product inception to launch.
His customers have included:
- ISO 13485 medical (non-implantable)
- ITAR military/defense
- commercial/industrial
- electronics
- recreational
He has a strong knowledge in complex parts with value added steps including:
- Insert
- Over-molding
- Part Marking/Finishing (Laser/engraving, pad printing, painting, hot stamping, silk screening)
- Machining
- Assembly
He works hard to find the fundamental causes of complex issues and provides a straightforward and data-driven
approach of solving them.
Material Experience:
Polycarbonate
ABS
Olefins (PE, PP)
PVC
TPE (Rubber modified, Santoprene, Versaflex)
PBT
Nylon
POM (Acetal, Delrin)
Polyester
Alloys
Specialty: PARA (Ixef), PPA, PEI (Ultem), PPS, PSU, PPSU (Radel), PPO (Noryl)
